Who are you?
We are a family of four that are determined to create "the store of tomorrow". Some four years ago we realised how little conventional groceries have to offer to their customers. So we decided to change the retail model for good. What we mean by that read in our blog Creating the Store 2.0.

We specialize in Italian drinks only.
Are your drinks any different from the original Nescafé Dolce Gusto and Nespresso capsules?
We work with the Dolce Gusto and Nespresso compatible capsules, but we trust the Italians to fill these capsules with drinks. Italian producers offer not only enduring charisma and pedigree, but also a wider range of flavors, biodegradable packaging, vitamins, minerals, and the functional properties of herbs and spices.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship to Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping to Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania is free of charge. Shipping to Finland and Sweden is calculated at checkout.
Is there a threshold for free shipping?
For the Baltic states we deliver free of charge.
Update [10/08/2022]: shipping to Finland and Sweden is free on all orders 59 Euro and above.
How long does it take to deliver my goods?

  • Latvia, Lithuania – 2-4 business days.
  • Finland, Sweden – 3-5 business days.

We use Omniva and DPD that ship to the nearest parcel locker.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay securely by a bank card VISA, MasterCard, American Express, internet services PayPal, integrated Apple Pay, bank transfer to our account.
Can I pay as a business entity (company)?
Yes, our VAT number is EE102476503. Once you make an order and email it to info@afanasyevs.com – we will raise an invoice for a bank transfer.
Do you support Cash On Delivery (COD)?
We do not support COD.
Can I pay with a bank card at your store?
We do not support payment terminals in store.
