B2B ORDERS

• Domus Italiae is a B2B portal dedicated to the international distribution of premium Italian food and beverage products. Orders placed via the site constitute an order request and become binding only after verification and confirmation by Domus Italiae. Upon receipt of the order, we verify actual product availability, requested quantities, applicable prices, and shipping conditions based on the specified destination. The order is definitively confirmed only after these checks are completed.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

• Following order confirmation, the customer will receive a final Proforma Invoice summarizing the ordered products, amounts, and payment terms. To initiate order preparation, a deposit of 30% of the total order value is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer using the details provided in the Proforma Invoice. Once payment has been made, the customer is requested to send the relevant bank transfer receipt (showing the CRO/TRN code) to the address indicated in the order confirmation. Preparation of the goods will begin after the funds have been verified as credited to our bank account.

PREPARATION OF GOODS

• Once the deposit has been received and verified, Domus Italiae proceeds with order preparation. Preparation typically takes 7–10 business days, unless otherwise communicated to the customer. Timelines depend on the availability of the ordered quantities and may vary based on the composition and complexity of the order.

Should a product not be available in the requested quantity, the customer will be promptly informed, and the most appropriate course of action will be agreed upon.

ORDER BALANCE PAYMENT

• Once the goods have been prepared, the customer will be notified that the order is ready for shipment. Payment of 70% of the remaining balance is required before the goods are handed over to the carrier. For the balance payment as well, the customer must submit the relevant bank transfer receipt (CRO/TRN) to allow Domus Italiae to verify that payment has been made. Once the balance payment is verified, we will proceed to book the shipment and hand the goods over to the carrier.
