The grapes are crushed and pressed. The juice is left to rest in the cold before fermentation. Aging in steel containers. Formidable with hard-boiled eggs and asparagus, spring herb risotto, fresh goat's milk products, prawn risotto and orange scent. It pairs very well with cured meats, spaghetti carbonara, duck breast in sauce, baked pork porchetta.
