The Nero blend from the traditional house of Mokaflor in Florence has been completely recreated over many months. And this blend is truly a masterpiece. Here, Andrea Bernini has outdone herself. Not only because of the high quality of the beans, but also because of the elaborate roasting process, Mr. Bernini has succeeded in creating an exceptional coffee. Natural, unwashed Arabica beans from South America are blended here with washed Arabicas from Central America and Africa. This blend is a perfect balance of body and aroma.
