Chocolate and Sea Salt Cookies: soft dark chocolate cookies featuring unrefined sea salt from Cervia, handcrafted in our pastry workshop. A modern twist on traditional Romagna-style cookies, designed to remain tender on the palate without ever becoming dry; we like to call them "soft artisanal cookies" because we use only premium, locally sourced ingredients (such as milled flour and handcrafted butter). Ingredients: soft wheat flour (Type 1), dark chocolate (23%), raw cane sugar, eggs, butter, egg yolks, unsweetened cocoa powder, raising agent (disodium diphosphate E450), sorbic acid (E200), unrefined sea salt from Cervia (0.25%).
