Shortcrust Pastry Ravioli with *Savor di Romagna*: shortcrust biscuits filled with grape must and quince—featuring the sweet delight of Romagna’s traditional *Savor*—handcrafted in our own pastry workshop. These are traditional Romagna-style biscuits reimagined to ensure a tender texture that never becomes dry; we like to call them "soft pastries" because we use only premium, locally sourced ingredients (such as milled flour and artisanal butter). Shortcrust pastry ingredients: Type 1 soft wheat flour, butter, potato starch, powdered sugar, cane sugar, eggs, natural flavorings, vanillin, raising agent (disodium diphosphate E450). Filling ingredients (25%): cooked grape must (contains sulphites), quince, pears, apples, raisins, walnuts, almonds, oranges, cinnamon.
