Caramelized Fig Shortcrust Ravioli: cookies filled with caramelized figs—a sweet, tender treat typical of the Romagna region, handcrafted in our own pastry workshop. These are traditional Romagna-style cookies reimagined to ensure a tender texture that never becomes dry; we like to call them "soft pastries" because we use only premium, locally sourced ingredients (such as milled flour and artisanal butter). Shortcrust pastry ingredients: Type 1 soft wheat flour, butter, potato starch, powdered sugar, cane sugar, eggs, natural flavorings, vanillin, raising agent (disodium diphosphate E450). Filling ingredients (25%): figs (85%), raw cane sugar, lemon.
