Caramelized Onions with Balsamic Vinegar: Red Tropea onions combined with balsamic vinegar—following a slow, artisanal caramelization process—create a unique Luvirie recipe that pairs beautifully with all types of cheese (from creamy to aged, and from goat cheese to refined or blue-veined varieties). A distinctive flavor achieved after months of experimentation in our food workshop: it is not a *mostarda* (as it lacks the sharp kick of mustard or chili), nor is it a standard jam, because the balsamic vinegar tempers the sweetness without eliminating it. Ingredients: Red Tropea onion (150%), cane sugar, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI (15%). Artisanal production by Luvirie; free from preservatives and colorings.
