The Master Vinegar Makers of Mussini, heirs to Aldo Mussini's passion, have successfully modernized the production process of balsamic vinegar, remaining faithful to the methods passed down from generation to generation, yet adapting them to today's needs. With this balsamic vinegar, we want to pay homage to the knowledge of Aldo, who in the early 1900s visited the local master coopers in search of barrels made from fine woods.
